A volunteer worker from Thailand caught a giant king cobra with his bare hands.
A volunteer worker caught a giant king cobra with his bare hands in a scary video that has surfaced online. The giant snake was reported by the locals after it slithered into a palm plantation. It even tried to hide in a septic tank.
The incident happened in the southern Thai province of Krabi.
According to a report in The Thaiger, the giant snake measured 4.5 metres and weighed 10 kilograms. It took Sutee Naewhaad, the 40-year-old volunteer, 20 minutes to finally catch the snake and put it into a bag. At one point, the giant cobra jumped towards Sutee. However, the worker managed to grab the reptile by its neck and that too, without any safety gear.
The video of the incident was shared on Facebook and has been viewed over 6k times.

As per The Thaiger, Sutee suggested that the king cobra might have been looking for its mate as another cobra had recently been killed by the locals. He also informed that his skills came from training and added that no one should attempt to catch a snake without a professional.
