To prepare egg manchurian, take boiled eggs and cut each boiled egg into 4 pieces. Now take a large container and add maida, corn starch, pepper powder, salt along with boiled eggs, ginger and garlic paste. Add water and mix it well. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the coated eggs until golden brown. Now take another wok and place it on the gas stove, add oil and stir fry the veggies along with all the sauces, salt and black pepper. The last step is to add fried pieces of eggs, mix well with the sauce mixture, cover for 5-10 minutes and Voila! Your Egg manchurian is ready!
